File A Warranty Claim

DISCLAIMER: We have become aware that there are fraudulent tools being sold under our brand name, Straight Ahead. Do not purchase a tool anywhere online that is priced less than the MSRP on our website. It is NOT one of our professional styling tools. This includes websites such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and others. All of our tools and packaging are clearly marked with our company logo. If you do not see our logo printed or engraved on the tool then it is not from an authorized retailer. Please note that we will not honor warranties on any fraudulent tools.

We are sorry you are experiencing difficulties with one of our products. If your product was purchased at an authorized retailer, our lifetime warranty will cover any item that is defective, broken or which has stopped working properly. Please fill out the form below and submit your pictures and payment to cover shipping and handling* for the exchange.

Once we have received your claim form, shipping & handling fee and pictures, the claim will be processed by our Customer Service Department. A new tool in the same color will be sent out to you within the next three business days. If the color or pattern is out of stock we will contact you with the color options we have available in stock.

Upon submitting this form, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that your warranty claim will not be processed until the pictures of the receipt and of the defective item with the cable cut have been received along with the shipping and handling fee.

*Straight Ahead Beauty is not liable for items lost in transit once goods have shipped. If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time period, we will help you track your package to the best of our ability. Delivery can only be guaranteed with a signature confirmation.
** If we determine that your warranty claim is NOT the result of a manufacturer’s defect or caused by unintended use, you will be responsible for paying to have your iron shipped back to you.
^ If your product qualifies under warranty, it will be replaced with the same size and color. If the same color and size are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of a lesser MSRP value. Requested substitutions will not be honored.
