Straight Ahead Beauty Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Straight Ahead Beauty tools include a limited lifetime warranty when purchased through authorized distributors or retailers. Inside each product box, you will find a leaflet with a QR code that will take you directly to the complete warranty instructions. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. To ensure the quality and experience of our products, the limited lifetime warranty does not apply to items purchased from unauthorized sellers or on third-party platforms.

How to get a Straight Ahead Beauty replacement tool

Your replacement will be free if the claim is made within the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, approved replacements are subject to the standard U.S. shipping and handling fee applicable to your purchased item. Additional location fees apply as follows: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico — an additional $19.99 USD; Mexico — an additional $29.99 USD. These fees are added to the applicable U.S. shipping and handling fee and do not replace it.

Customers outside the United States must contact cs@straightaheadbeauty.com before submitting a warranty claim. Do not use the U.S. online warranty claim form. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us at cs@straightaheadbeauty.com.
