How to Get a New Straight Ahead Beauty Replacement Tool
Your replacement will be free if the claim is made within the first 30 days of purchase. Afterwards, the replacements will be subject to a minor shipping and handling fee. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico, there will be an additional handling fee of $19.99. For customers in Mexico the additional handling fee is $29.99.
International customers from other countries MUST contact customer service (cs@straightaheadbeauty.com) before filing any claim.
Please text a 10 second video of the tool with the cable cut to 305-915-7048. Once the complete claim is received, including the video as well as the shipping and handling fee, you will receive an email confirmation. The claim will then be processed by the Customer Service Department within a week and a new tool will be shipped with whichever color is available in stock. If you prefer to send the tool back instead of sending video please contact Customer Service Directly for instructions.Â
